Our program to equip families with the tools, education, and relationships needed to establish a foundation as homeowners and attain generational wealth through property ownership.
Developing opportunities for the City's residents... leaving a legacy of generational wealth through home ownership.
Our unique business incubator tailored to specifically cultivate new and growing entrepreneur developers in Kansas City by focusing on individuals and organizations dedicated to small-scale investment projects in the City.
Over the past year, Legacy has developed an ambitious initiative to diversify housing options and increase the availability of quality affordable housing units in Kansas City. We have also gone a step further to develop opportunities for the City’s residents to create a foundation and leave a legacy of generational wealth through home-ownership. Our forward-thinking model calls for a symbiotic approach between residents and incremental real estate developers that sees developers create much-needed housing spaces for the City’s affordable population; an occurrence that would in turn spur additional demand, fueling the development of additional properties.
New apartment construction at 2613 Benton Blvd. is a redevelopment project in Kansas City’s Washington-Wheatley neighborhood that replaces a property originally built in 1925. The structure expands the number of units from four to six and maximizes the 5,500 sq. ft. of lot space in a Kansas City neighborhood primed for transformation.
This project will also deliver Legacy’s mission to increase the availability of “Diverse Housing” in Kansas City by creating housing options for individuals and families across various income levels who can live in a desirable environment in Kansas City’s urban core without compromising quality or affordability. Additional attributes that this project will offer include:

The site at 6815 consists of an office building, a workspace, and several garages.
